This mirror is available in two versions to suit your preferences.
If your current rearview mirror features a large knob at the bottom, you have the manual version without automatic dimming functionality. On the other hand, if your mirror has automatic dimming capability, it won't have the large knob in the center bottom. 
 
Please note that our carbon fiber mirror doesn't fit rearview mirrors with garage door opener buttons, unless you perform a small modification. The mirror cover has the same shape for both versions, with and without garage door opener function, but the three buttons for the garage door opener interfere with the cover. However, if you are a DIY enthusiast, you can use scissors to cut the cover and make space for the three buttons.

FITTING INFORMATION
The rearview mirror is securely attached using double-tape. Prior to application, ensure that the bonnet surface is thoroughly cleaned for optimal adhesion.
 
For a best fitment we recommend to install the hood scoop for MINI R series by a professional workshop. Please check the list of our fitting partners.
